About Us
As a local small family-owned business, we service the area we live in. Our family was born and raised in the greater Oak Harbor area with family ties to Whidbey Island for approximately 100 years. Ryan dedicated 20 years to serving the community in the Fire Service alongside working in the construction field. In 2020, he retired from the fire service to focus on family and return full time to the Construction field.

Ryan and Melanie felt called by God to take the next step and start their own General Contracting company in 2025, an endeavor that had been on their hearts for some time. Halfway through 2025, their son Aiden came on as the Third owner in hopes of him eventually taking on the company. At the beginning of 2026, they brought on their daughter Maddie as an office assistant to Melanie and as our social media manager and web designer.
